Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions explain the arrangements between Rubbish Removal Ealing W5 and customers who use our rubbish collection and clearance services.

By making an enquiry or arranging a collection with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

2. Our Rubbish Removal Service

We provide rubbish collection and clearance services for customers in Ealing and surrounding areas. Depending on the job, our services can cover household waste, unwanted furniture, garden rubbish, office waste, bulky items and other suitable non-hazardous waste.

The exact service available will depend on the material involved, its quantity and the conditions at the collection property.

3. Information Provided by Customers

When requesting a quotation or booking, customers should give us a reasonably accurate description of the rubbish that needs to be removed.

Please tell us about:

  • The approximate amount of rubbish
  • The type of items involved
  • Where the rubbish is located
  • Any stairs, narrow entrances or difficult access
  • Parking or loading restrictions
  • Any other circumstances that could affect the collection

If the actual job is substantially different from the information originally provided, we may need to revise the quotation before starting the work.

4. Collection Arrangements

We will agree a collection date and, where applicable, a suitable time or arrival window with the customer.

Customers should make sure that our team can safely reach the rubbish when they arrive.

If access is blocked, restricted or significantly more difficult than described during booking, the collection may take longer or require an additional charge where this has been agreed with the customer.

5. Items We May Refuse

Not every type of waste can be handled as part of a standard rubbish removal service.

We may refuse materials that require specialist treatment or create an unreasonable health, safety or environmental risk. This can include asbestos, explosives, radioactive substances, certain chemicals, clinical waste and other restricted materials.

If you are unsure about a particular item, please contact us before arranging the collection.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must have the appropriate authority to ask us to remove the items presented for collection.

Customers should not knowingly include prohibited or hazardous materials without informing us beforehand.

We may stop or refuse a collection if continuing would place our staff, the customer, the public or property at unnecessary risk.

7. Quotes and Charges

Our quotations are based on the information available when the enquiry is made.

The amount payable can be affected by the volume and nature of the waste, access to the property, labour involved and disposal requirements.

Where the circumstances match the details provided during booking, we aim to carry out the work at the agreed price.

If additional work is required, we will explain the change to the customer before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

8. Payment

Payment arrangements will be explained when the booking is made.

Customers are responsible for paying the agreed amount within the agreed timeframe.

Where a price changes because the job differs materially from the original description, the customer will be informed before additional work is undertaken.

9. Cancelling or Changing a Booking

If you need to cancel or move a collection, please contact us as early as possible.

The effect of a cancellation may depend on how much notice is provided and whether costs have already been incurred in preparing for the booking.

Any applicable cancellation arrangements will be explained to the customer.

10. Delays

We aim to arrive within the agreed collection period. However, traffic, parking difficulties, severe weather, access problems, delays at previous jobs or other unexpected events can occasionally affect arrival times.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

11. Protecting Property

Our team will take reasonable care while carrying out rubbish removal work.

Customers should point out delicate areas, fragile belongings or other property that requires particular care before the collection starts.

Customers should also remove valuable or personal belongings from items intended for disposal.

12. Waste Handling

Once collected, waste will be transported and handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Where suitable, materials may be separated for recycling, recovery or reuse rather than being sent directly for disposal.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong with your service, please let us know promptly.

We will review the circumstances and work with the customer to resolve genuine service concerns fairly.

Examples may include extreme weather, serious traffic disruption, emergencies, road closures, unexpected legal restrictions or major technical problems.
